The Healing Artisan
Original Impasto Paintings by Debbie Curtis
Feel grounded. Feel Uplifted. Feel still.
The work explores healing, resilience, and emotion through rich color, visual weight, and the raised texture of the paint.
Created with a palette knife and acrylic paint – thick, three-dimensional layers of paint carved and sculpted to catch light and shadow, so you can see and sense the depth.
Each one-of-a-kind impasto painting is infused with positive energy and made to create an emotional connection. The work offers a physical presence designed to bring uplift, to be felt, not just viewed…for pause, for breath, for stillness.

Healing Artisan Voices
How our collectors feel living with The Healing Artisan artwork
“Painter Debbie Curtis has an amazing talent that showcases light and serenity. Her paintings are calming and colorful in a way that invokes the essence of nature’s whimsical side. Her artwork enhances any room and it is uplifting and reminiscent of places we long to be.”
“My Healing Artisan painting is like meditating. It instantly puts me in a calming state and takes me to another dimension. The thick texture makes it feel alive – I can feel the energy from it every time i walk into the room. I absolutely love it.”
“Here’s my review of the three Healing Artisan paintings I have: The first is your covered bridge painting called Parvin, and as I stared at it, I suddenly got a cold shiver down my back. I felt the details of the cold bridge and the beauty of the surrounding area and it transported me to a very peaceful place. The second painting is the one with the sun coming out through an orchard, and I immediately started warming up! This painting took me from a very peaceful place to a place that gave me hope and excitement for the future. The last painting I looked at was a beautiful heron searching for its dinner, and it took me back to simpler times where the pressure of everyday life does not exist – just relaxing sounds of the bird and water lapping against the shore. I am very, very impressed with this artist’s work. Kudos to you, Debbie Curtis, kudos!”
